Sloppy Push-ups

  • Lie on your stomach with your hands out in front of you
  • Keep your lower body on the floor and use your arms to slowly raise your upper body
  • Your hands may need to be positioned further out to fully extend your elbows while your pelvis remains on the floor
  • Keep your back muscles relaxed and repeat the movement
  • Complete the necessary repetitions as prescribed by your clinician
